What we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and how to get it back or get rid of it. No lawyer-speak.

You tell us about your situation through this website. We use that to call you back and talk about care. We don't sell it, and we don't send it anywhere it doesn't need to go. The longer version is below, in plain English, because a policy you can't read isn't really a policy.

Our consultation forms ask for your name, your email address, your phone number, when you need care to start, and what's going on at home. That last one is open-ended, and you decide how much to put in it.
Please don't put medical records, Social Security numbers, or insurance policy numbers into a web form. If we ever need something like that, we'll ask for it a safer way.
If you leave a review, we collect the name you give us, your rating, your relationship to the client, and what you wrote.
Form submissions are saved in this website and emailed to us, so a person actually sees them. We use them to get back to you about care. That is the whole purpose. We don't sell your information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.
Reviews stay unpublished until someone here approves them. If you'd rather we didn't publish yours, say so and we won't.
We don't run advertising trackers on this site. There's no Google Analytics and no Facebook pixel. A few cookies do get set anyway, and we'd rather list them than pretend they aren't there:
What those companies do with that data is governed by their policies, not ours.
We use it for about ten minutes, scrambled, to stop bots flooding our forms. It isn't stored next to your enquiry.
Enquiries stay with us while we're helping you, and afterwards for our own records. If you want yours deleted, ask.
Email info@candorlivinghcs.com or call (713) 730-5017 and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. We will. You don't need to give a reason.
The site runs over HTTPS, and enquiries are only reachable by people here who need them. No website is perfectly secure, and we're not going to tell you otherwise.
This site is meant for adults arranging care. We don't knowingly collect anything from children.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
