Meet Candilyn Gee, MBA
Caring for people starts with treating them like family. I've believed that my whole life.
I served nearly twenty years in the United States Navy, much of it alongside Hospital Corpsmen and healthcare professionals, leading teams whose whole job was showing up for people. What stuck with me wasn't the big operations. It was how far one small kindness travels when somebody's having the worst week of their life.
Along the way I earned a Bachelor's in Psychology and an MBA. Psychology for the human side. The MBA because good intentions still need payroll, scheduling, and somebody minding the details. Candor Living Home Care Services is where both land: dependable support so seniors and adults with disabilities can stay in the place they call home, safe and comfortable, still running their own lives.
What I want is plain enough. Clients who feel valued, families who can finally exhale, and caregivers who carry our name like it means something.

Meet Brian "Chill" Landor
How you care for people comes down to how you show up for them. Discipline. Respect. Genuine compassion. That's the short version of twenty years in the United States Navy, and it's how we run this company.
I kept my CPR and medical readiness training current through my whole career, and the habit underneath it, stay prepared, stay calm, respond with care, is now the operating manual for our caregivers.
This work is personal for me. My grandmothers are the reason, honestly. Whole afternoons at their kitchen tables, talking, laughing, doing nothing much. Nobody photographed any of it, and I remember all of it. Those hours taught me that care isn't really the tasks. It's being present, keeping trust, and letting a person feel like themselves in their own house.
As Director of Operations, my job is making sure that happens on every single visit.
Great care starts with an actual relationship. That's the whole philosophy. Trust us with someone you love and you'll get straight answers, real warmth, and the calm of knowing good people have it handled.
